8. Mike Steadman

Mike won three National Collegiate Boxing Championships at the U.S. Naval Academy before becoming an infantry officer in the Marine Corps. After serving overseas in Afghanistan, Japan, and the Philippines, Mike moved to Newark, New Jersey to work at an all-boys school. He then quickly turned his love for boxing into a hybrid nonprofit, for-profit business. He remains deeply invested in his community and truly loves coaching and mentoring kids to be their best.
